I need to tell someone that the FFN system is running slow.
What do I need to do?
First, call the FSS Help Line
at 612-624-1617 to report the situation. When you call, please have
as much of the following information ready:
- The building and room number where the
computer is located
- Brand of computer being used &
processor speed (Gateway Pentium II 300 Mhz, IBM 486,
etc.)
- Operating system and version (Windows95,
Windows3.1, Mac OS 7.3, Unix, etc.)
- How much RAM (memory) the computer has
(16 MB, 32 MB, etc.)
- Brand and version of the web browser
being used (Netscape 4.0, Internet Explorer 3.0,
etc.)
- What else was running on the computer
while you were using Financial FormsNirvana (Word, Excel,
POPmail, etc.).
- What kind of connection you have to the
network (etherjack, 28.8 k modem, etc.)
