CUFS access

Each employee with fiscal responsibilities at the University of Minnesota should consider requesting access to CUFS.

Training is required for inquiry access to ensure each person knows how to navigate in the system.

Further training in required for those with wish to perform data entry tasks to ensure each person is familiar with applicable policies and procedures, as well as how to navigate and perform data entry of specific transaction types.

Steps for obtaining access:

Register for training with Training Services.
Complete an access request.
Route access request for approval as indicated on the form(s).
Receive training.

Access will be activated after required training has been completed.
