CUFS
CUFS (the College and University Financial System) is the University of Minnesota's general ledger.
CUFS contains current fiscal year information, at least one previous fiscal year's information, and all information for active multi-year accounts. Fiscal year information for older periods is available in the data warehouse. CUFS resides on the University's mainframe system.

CUFS system hours:
CUFS is available Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The system usually is not available on official University holidays (unless one of the campuses is open when others are closed). See the CUFS message screen for more information, or call the University Financial Helpline at (612) 624-1617.
On occasion, processing hours may be changed due to special needs. Users will be notified of changes in hours on the CUFS message screen, via the CUFS-HOT listserv, and on this Web site.
