The FSUN
Board consists of 8 elected and 3-7 appointed
members, most of whom serve a 2-year term. Board
members are asked to attend approximately two
2-hour meetings per month and to participate in
the events and activities the board initiates.
Board members represent all users of the University's financial systems (including PeopleSoft, CUFS, Financial FormsNirvana, DWFS & Financial Reports on the Web). Developments that affect FSUN users are brought to the board's attention and discussed prior to their release to general users. This provides an opportunity for committee members to alert process owners to issues users will encounter when implementing new procedures. In this manner, board members have a degree of influence over issues facing financial systems users before final decisions are made. This is a wonderful opportunity to become involved!
The only
qualification for nominees is to hold voting
membership in FSUN. Membership applications can
be completed at anytime. We encourage you to
make recommendations of people who are willing
to provide input about university financial
system processes and procedures, be active in a
team-work environment and to represent your RRC
at an all-University level.
